How it works

Up and running in days, not months

No hardware. No new software on your network. We work with the data your FMS already generates.

01

Connect your FMS

Secure read-only access to your existing fleet management system. Works with all major platforms. Setup takes less than a day.

02

We process and interpret

Raw FMS data is noise — the value is in the interpretation. Nexus Induct layers mining domain knowledge on top of machine data to surface what matters.

03

Your team acts

Clear findings, ranked by financial impact. No jargon, no dashboards to learn. Decision-ready output for operations leads and CFOs alike.

04

Value compounds

Every cycle analysed makes the model smarter. Over time, Nexus Induct becomes a proprietary benchmark tailored to your specific fleet and conditions.

Questions & answers

Straight answers

What FMS platforms do you support?

Modular Mining (DISPATCH), Wenco, MineStar, Hexagon, HaulTrax and others. If your platform is not listed, reach out — we assess new integrations on a case-by-case basis and typically connect within 2–4 weeks.

What data do you actually need from us?

Cycle data, truck assignments, shift logs, and basic payload records — whatever your FMS already collects. We do not need proprietary ore body data, financial records, or anything outside fleet operations.

How is our data protected?

We operate under NDA before any data exchange. Data is processed in isolated environments — your site's data is never mixed with another client's. We recommend starting with a 30-day pilot dataset to validate the process before any ongoing connection.

Are you replacing our FMS or dispatch team?

No. Nexus Induct sits above your existing systems as an intelligence layer. Your FMS stays in place. Your dispatch team keeps running operations. We add the analytical layer they currently lack — continuous, consistent, and without the manual effort.

How long before we see results?

In the Try Out, you receive your initial findings brief 5–7 business days after providing us with your FMS data. In the full engagement, most clients identify their first set of actionable opportunities within the first month.

What does $1.6M in identified savings actually mean?

In a 50-truck pilot, Nexus Induct identified cycle inefficiencies, idle patterns, and queue imbalances that — if corrected — would reduce operating cost by $1.6M annually. Identified savings are modelled projections; realised savings depend on your team's implementation of recommendations.

We already have analysts reviewing FMS data. Why do we need this?

Your analysts are doing the work that Nexus Induct automates. We give them the pre-processed, context-enriched analysis so their time goes into decisions rather than data extraction. The typical outcome is not replacing analysts — it's making one analyst as effective as three.

Can we start with one site and expand later?

Yes — single-site is the standard starting point. Multi-site deployment is available under the Power User package, with consolidated cross-site reporting that lets you benchmark operations against each other.

Free assessment. No hardware. No long-term commitment required to start.
